[Bug]: Changing Resolution while playing Video jumps a second back

What happened?

If you start playing a video and change its resolution, the video will jump back a few seconds instead of continuing from the current position in the player or changing the resolution with the next downloaded segment.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any Video
2. Start playback
3. Select Video Settings and Change Resolution
