The star history chart was broken because the GitHub stargazer API started restricting public usage. Point the chart to a working alternative provider that does not require an API token.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the underlying GitHub stargazer API now restricts public usage. This change points the chart to a working provider that uses a different data source and requires no API token, so the chart displays again without any configuration.
