Release status: Calibnet and Mainnet SPR, FWSS, and matching StateView rollouts are live and verified. Mainnet implementation execution completed at epoch 6,274,884; the StateView switch completed at epoch 6,274,898. Implementation, state-preservation, pricing, explorer, active challenge-window, and live reactivation-window checks passed.

This contract-stack release upgrades FilecoinWarmStorageService to 1.3.1 and ServiceProviderRegistry to 1.2.0, and deploys a matching StateView for the FWSS reactivation behavior.

The approved deployment inventory is ServiceProviderRegistry implementation, Rails, FilecoinWarmStorageService implementation, and StateView. FilecoinPay and PDPVerifier remain pinned and preserved. Sourcify and Blockscout verification succeeded for all eight candidates. FilFox verification was attempted for every candidate and returned bytecode mismatches, timeouts, or an invalid response; it remains non-blocking per the upgrade checklist.

The StateView switches are complete and verified on both networks. Existing FWSS and ServiceProviderRegistry proxy addresses were preserved.

Required Gates

• Calibnet implementation, StateView, smoke/E2E, and filecoin-pin validation passed.
• Mainnet implementation, state-preservation, pricing, Blockscout, active challenge-window, and live reactivation-window checks passed.
• The live Mainnet filecoin-pin smoke is explicitly deferred to upcoming Dealbot evidence; its unique two-new-Data-Set dry-run passed without moving funds.
• Synapse SDK #​911 is merged. Final Mainnet address-state #​916 and filecoin-cloud address sync #​355 have green CI and are awaiting review; Curio compatibility remains a non-blocking post-upgrade follow-up.
• Complete release metadata/deployment snapshots and other Phase 5 follow-ups in #​561 before closing the release issue.
