This PR adds the
learnlib-climodule which builds a native binary that exposes a variety of LearnLib's functionality via the command-line interface. It includes a GitHub Actions pipeline that attaches artifacts (on various platforms) to a GitHub release. The CLI module is not published to Maven Central.This PR also includes some refactorings which seemed reasonable in the context of the CLI application.
