An open-source hub for chemometrics — the first non-profit code and data repository created by and dedicated to the chemometrics community, operated by Asociación Lovelace's Square (Catalonia, Spain).
The repositories in this organization are the open-source tools published on The Square: peer-reviewed MATLAB (and growing Python/Julia) implementations of chemometric methods — baseline correction, smoothing and filtering, scatter correction, curve resolution (MCR-ALS, PARAFAC), PCA and missing-data imputation, hyperspectral image processing, and interactive GUIs.
Every tool has a versioned, reviewed entry on The Square with documentation, references, and datasets to try it on.
