- Namespace component IDs and app id to capire.orders
- Modernize manifest: bump _version, fix sourceTemplate, add minUI5Version
- Replace entitySet with contextPath, initialLoad with liveMode
- Remove deprecated groupProperties and fullWidth, add deviceTypes
