Due to convention from SolidStart 1, we used nitro everywhere. Since the Netlify and Cloudflare team also have published first-party deployment pluigns, this PR adds a separate guide page for Deployment plugins and links to that, so we treat Netlify, Nitro and Cloudflare evenly as deployment plugins.
